All of our items are shipped via an insured and trackable carrier and are generally received by our customers in the UK within 7-10 days from the date that payment has cleared.
Shipping Method and Rates
Please refer to the shipping calculator in our ads for shipping options and rate estimates. After your order has been processed it will be delivered via FedEx or Royal Mail, depending on the service selected during checkout.
Expected Date of Delivery and Order Tracking
Most orders ship out from MerlotDesigns.com within 5 - 7 business days of payment receipt. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
